What am I?

1. I helped win the war against the Nazis.
2. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, I would’ve saved the lives of 100s of children.
3. I can transform a business overnight, with huge improvements in customer service, employee satisfaction, and profit margins.
4. Many books are written about me. Yet many (even smart) people dismiss me; and the few who don’t are reaping all the benefits.
